Meet Sarah.

Sarah Bucher is a Certified Chief eXperience Executive. As Citizen Advisory Group’s Chief eXperience Officer, she leads the family business in helping clients have the best experience possible through their retirement journey.

Sarah is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She has an extensive background in health and wellness, including a highly successful decade as the Director of Healthy Living for the YMCA of Greater Toledo. Sarah is responsible for developing and implementing CAG’s client wellness program, Retire Well.

In 2012, the White House—and First Lady Michelle Obama—honored Sarah by naming her a Champion of Change for developing programs to combat childhood obesity. Sarah is highly involved in the community through the Boys and Girls Club of Toledo, Cherry Street Mission, Mobile Meals of Toledo, Perrysburg Rotary, Perrysburg Chamber of Commerce, and The YMCA of Greater Toledo.

Sarah is also a CX Coach helping other organizations be the brand customers can’t live without and making price irrelevant. Sarah is licensed and trained in the CX Coaching methodology developed by The DiJulius Group, a consulting firm that has worked with world-class brands such as Ritz-Carlton, Chick-fil-A, and Starbucks.

Sarah grew up in Fairfield, Ohio. She now lives and works in Perrysburg, Ohio, with her husband, Jeff, two children, and two miniature schnauzers. In her spare time, you might find Sarah with her family cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes and Detroit Tigers. Sarah enjoys traveling, drinking wine, exercising, and running on the trails in the beautiful Toledo Metroparks.
